Traditional yet creative and varied, for the pleasure of your tastebuds and for your visual pleasure, such are the dishes proposed by our Chef Paolo.

We have always favoured fresh and prime quality products for the elaboration of our menus as well as for our carte.
Because the pleasure of your tastebuds cannot be separated from your visual pleasure, our Chef takes infinite care concerning the presentation of the dishes served.

During the summer months, vegetables, various salads, aromatic herbs and berries are grown in our very own garden, some of which are stored in our cellars so that we can make our tasty homemade soups during the winter months.

Our fresh pasta, along with our desserts, cakes, pastries and jams are all homemade by our Chef.

We also favour regional products as can be seen from our Valais Canton wine list as well as from the choice of cheeses used for our raclette.

To properly start the day…

Whether you are an early bird ready to hit the slopes or prefer a nice lie in, a rich and hearty breakfast buffet will help you start your day from 7.30am to 10am.

If you are leaving early and miss our breakfast, we will be happy to prepare a picnic for you the evening before. Please contact our reception before 7pm.

We can also arrange a small private party, a family party meal as well as a larger business meal (40-50 people).

At certain periods and on request, we can also privatise our restaurant for special events. We can also arrange apéritifs parties which can be held in our gardens during the summer months.

We can gladly provide you with different choices of menus that can be adapted to your tastes and budget.

Please note that for our non-resident guests, booking our restaurant is mandatory.
