Reduction for children (stay in an extra bed sharing parents’ room) :

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The minimal amount is 30 % (at least one night) per room. This amount will be deducted from the final bill if the length of stay corresponds to the actual reservation.
The hotel reservation is equivalent to a contract of lease.
An oral contract is binding.
- Terms of cancellation are as follows :

Your credit card is required to confirm the reservation and will be charged according to the above conditions.
Special hotel insurance covering cancellation (accident, illness, …) can be taken out directly at our hotel, at the same time of your reservation. Our reservation office will give you the requested information.
By giving the number of your credit card, you accept the conditions above.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, so that no costs are incurred if the booking is cancelled.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our cancellation conditions are not flexible. Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover to cover your costs in the event of cancellation.
