These rates are calculated net per room and night and are including breakfast buffet, VAT and service.

Reduction for children (stay in an extra bed sharing parents' room) :
0 - 4 years : Accomodation free of charge and meats charged directly at the hotel
5 - 11 years : 50 %
12 - 16 years : 30 %

• A deposit is requested to guarantee every reservation. The minimal amount is 30 % (at least one night) per room. This amount will be written off the final bill if the stay actually correspondes to the reservation.
• The hotel reservation is assimilated to a contract of lease.
• An oral contract is sufficient.
• The conditions of cancellation of our establishment are as follows :

  Date of your reservation at 22 days before the arrival	30% on complete arrangement
  From 21 to 8 days before the arrival	50 % on complete arrangement
  From 7 days before the arrival to the arrival	100 % on complete arrangement

• Your credit card is required to confirm the reservation and can be charged according to above conditions.
• Special hotel insurance covering cancellation (accident, illness, ...) can be taken out directly at our hotel, at the same time of your reservation. Our reservation office will give you the requested information.
